{Free Video Meditation} For Empowerment

Does this sound familiar to you?

…You have all these projects and ideas yet when you go to take action inertia takes over.

…You are highly skilled and have many certifications in all sorts of modalities but you are not teaching or using these skills.

…You know you have a calling to serve, yet you say you don’t know what your soul’s purpose is.

…When attention is directed to you in a meeting or public setting you are overcome by fear, you avoid, retreat or procrastinate.

…When you get compliments you quickly deflect them and have difficulty receiving them.

These can be conditions/experiences present with a third chakra energy imbalance.

This can be caused by:

  1. Disconnection with the Fire element of transformation
  2. Early core wounds in your childhood experience around your confidence, self-esteem and power
  3. Societal programming pressures around scarcity consciousness and being told ‘what you are not’/fear of rejection

What can you do to balance your energy system and heal your power center?

I am offering you a simple 15 min empowerment meditation today that brings you into a past experience when you felt powerless and invites you to shift the ending of this story by taking a powerful action instead and inviting the support of your spiritual guides.  This will shift your energy and bring power back to you.

Nature is our reflection.

In Shamanism, Yoga and other ancient wisdom teachings we understand that Nature is our reflection.

Thus, we learn about our human energy centers through the qualities of the master energies/frequencies of Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Ether/Space/Center (depending on the traditions) and we heal through connecting with them.

Qualities of the 3rd Chakra:

•    Sun/Heat/Yellow Color
•    Fire Element/Inti Father Sun
•    Relates to your gifts/talent/purpose and action in the world
•    Imbalances relate to issues with power, esteem, confidence, energy, action, intertia, healthy digestion/agni
•    In Shamanic studies can relate to the old patterns stuck in the mind and your self-limiting beliefs
•    The demon of this chakra is guilt/blame + unhealthy ego

How do these qualities relate to me?

When we are healthy in our power center we feel connected to our action and purpose in the world based on the gifts and talents we know we have.

When we feel empowered we take action instead of sitting back and waiting for things to happen to us. We become the co-creators and manifesting generators of our experience.

We want to have a healthy relationship to the Ego and not be burdened by experiences that draw continually upon our energy.

The meditation from today will bring you into the past to re-write the scripts that result in empowered action which brings great healing and allows you to re-direct your energy to positive projects.

Empowerment Meditation  (15 min) + Breath of Fire

  1. Click my video above to meditate and learn the process (this is 15 min, but I invite you into a longer one another time).
  2. Before or after this meditation feel free to do a minute of Breath of Fire breathing to clear out any energetic residue.
  3. Breath of Fire – if unfamiliar with it, here’s a great video from one of my favorite artists Simrit who is also a kundalini yogi.

If you like these processes, these are the types of tools that I might offer my clients during their highly customized 7- week Shamanic journey through each of their chakra energy centers.
At each energy center we go through a variety of processes to find what is stuck at all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritually) and work to move it through the system.

With this knowledge, we can deprogram and re-balance the energy centers for overall life balance.

We do this through an extensive tool box of coaching, in-person and remote shamanic healings, shamanic journeying, meditations, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and tantra.

Are you one who takes empowered action?

Or not?

A great way to know if you are a candidate for coaching or energy work is to book a 15 minute candid chat with me 😉

P.S. I now have a NEW GROUP PROGRAM as well as my signature
ONE-ON-ONE coaching program called “Unleash the Shamanic Priestess Within + Thrive”.

The Practice of Purging

Dear friends & family,

For me, writing is a cathartic release. This is a creative form of purging. It’s an opportunity for me to challenge my weaknesses, self-reflect, let go of what I may bottle up and share myself with my community.
If there is one thing I practice well, it’s purging! We all need to do this to purify our bodies and minds, so we can grow, expand and see our divine true nature. How do we recognize our limitations, habits (samskaras) and the things lurking in the shadows that we need to release?

We practice turning inward. We pay attention to the people that reflect back to us. We see challenges arising again and again, so we stop and pay attention. We listen with great intent. We practice being alone.  We reconcile with our loneliness. We see and feel the stagnant energy. We shed light on the shadow. We make friends with our inner demons.  We face them with compassion, loving kindness and nurturance.  We practice tenderness. We practice being our best friends. We practice until we feel oneness in all and everything.

In our society, we are bombarded day in and out with extrasensory information. We are pulled out of ourselves and our center daily. Turning inward seems jolting. The landing is not always soft.  It’s easy to stay outside of these bodies looking at the pretty pictures, blinky lights and Facebook posts.  Yet, these temporal distractions can take up valuable real estate in our day and on our journey of expansion.

As I have moved classes into longer cool downs, seated poses and meditation as of late, I see the agitation, anger and frustration percolate to the surface. This is the purging process.  This comes from deep within the well of karmas.  Our ugliness needs to be seen and heard to transmute to beauty. We need to stop the “Spiritual Bypassing” and go deep beneath the surface and purge.

We are in the Age of Aquarius, we are raising the Kundalini energy of the planet and humankind. We are being called to burn through toxic karma, wounds, and ancestral patterning. We are being called to be subversives to the current paradigm.  We are here to raise our consciousness and spiral into the higher dimensions. It’s a huge responsibility, so let’s own it and purge!

I encourage you to take up practices that are inward reflecting and cleansing. I encourage you to spend time alone in silence to really see. I encourage you to sit in the shadows, cry and bang pillows against the floor to let out your rage and heal.  As challenging as it can be, it is more conscious than hiding and masking pain. The patterns of the past cannot be broken unless we spend time illuminating them.

We all have obstacles and suffering – that’s the path of being human.  We chose this Spiritual Warrior path and this time/space reality to expand and ascend. It’s time to stop beating ourselves up for our imperfections, shame, guilt, fear or anything that comes with being whom we are and what we’ve experienced.

We must love ourselves first and foremost with the utmost compassion that we can muster.   We must learn to love ourselves, our thoughts, words, emotions, bodies, minds and actions so unconditionally that nothing pulls us out of love. Let’s forgive, forget and keep on loving.

Then, we can truly share our hearts with one another and bring consciousness, peace and harmony to all that we touch.

Bowing humbly to the Goddess Mother Earth and all her beautiful beings! Sending you infinite love and light as this journey of awakening unfolds…

Nicole

How can you practice loving yourself?

In the months of Aug & Sept during #empowertoevolve we were excavating some of the deeper layers of the Self…pulling up some of the weeds and examining our subconscious. The path to transformation is not easy, it takes work and practice, but with a great community of support, like the one we share, we are able to find the extra nudge to keep going and the power to hold true to our center. Give yourself a huge hug, right now! Deep gratitude. 😉

I am so rejuvenated and alive, just back from Burning Man. It was an epic celebration. It was my best year yet. I’ve heard this from so many, mainly because as a whole we are raising our consciousness and vibration in profound and beautiful ways.

What Burning Man is to me — Radical Self-Acceptance, Self-Reliance and Self-Love and a great place to share our heart connections! What a powerful experience.

After practicing deep forgiveness and release over the past year, personally, I’m gearing up on all levels (and it seems many of my soul sisters are doing the same #selflovetour #smartselflove), to really empower myself to practice these concepts of the Self. As we enter the more introspective season of Fall/Winter, I am practicing sense withdrawal, Pratyahara. It’s time to hunker down, own my shit and freakin’ LOVE MYSELF!

How can you practice loving yourself?

1. Establish firm grounding that is rooted in YOUR truth. What feels right in your gut, your third chakra? This is your place of empowerment. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks right now. We are all operating from different levels of awareness and experience. (want to know more about this chakra, you can download my free lower chakra meditation on my website under “meditations”.)

2. Create healthy habits. If you are anything like me, you may find that you have habits that continually pull you off your center. For me, it can be Facebook postings, comparison and competition. Can you give up these habits that pull you out of your center and keep you in a perpetual loop of restlessness about who you are? Or what you are offering? Can you just sit with yourself?

3. Create a friendly relationship with your ego, so that you can maintain your power, have good self-esteem, and ask for your needs to be met while honor others’ needs. This is a great place of balance. If you lack self-confidence (deficiency in 3rd chakra) you probably are seeking outside yourself for validation, acceptance and Facebook likes. If you are overactive in your third chakra, you may have a need to prove yourself or “puff ” your ego and act more forcefully usually to be right!

3. Practice balance. Meditation, yoga and breath work are great practices that can bring us back to center. Watch your path of action daily. If you find yourself caught up in negative emotions, know that this comes from the thought process. It is a story you are telling yourself from the past, or a perceived lack in the future. Get present, that’s where Spirit lives.

4. When it comes to setting healthy boundaries, ask for what you need with clarity and alignment to higher wisdom/Spirit. When you come from a place of real love and ownership of your stuff (vs. victim/blame), then the majority of times your needs will be heard, honored and you will feel good about your decisions because you know its guided by your highest wisdom and Spirit.

5. Practice affirmations. I talk about this all the time. You need to BELIEVE how amazing you are! You are beautiful; you are loved and completely loveable. If you can’t say this in the mirror, then who will reflect it back to you? Remember Stuart Smalley? “I’m good enough. I’m smart enough. And doggone it, people like me!”

6. Gratitude – Find ways to create gratitude rituals in your life. Go to the mountains and hug a tree. Attend a Kirtan to sing God’s praises. Call people and leave them love messages. Write a letter of appreciation and mail it. Pray. Honor the great things in your life!

Bowing humbly to the Goddess Mother Earth and all her beautiful beings!
